On Wednesday, April 11, 2019, at 2:00 pm, Dean of the Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC) Prof. dr. ir. A. Veldkamp (Tom) welcomed the Vice President of the University of Zakho for Scientific Affairs Dr. Yaseen T. Mustafa. They held a meeting at the ITC building (Enschede, The Netherlands), and talked about the process of study and mechanism of progressing education. Likewise, both sides showed their willingness to collaborate more and support exchange academic staff and students, and a joint research program. Accordingly, a memorandum of understanding between both parties was signed.
